By placing an order with Ganey's Home Decor, you are agreeing to the following policies:

-Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
- Failure to contact Ganey's Home Decor with required customization information within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of your order.
-Buyer is expected to notify seller of any problems within 3 days of the delivery of their order.
-Seller will reimburse buyer ONLY if seller is at fault and item is defective. Multiple photos of each item are taken directly before packing. Damage or defects which contradict these photos will not qualify for reimbursement.

-Buyer understands each item is handmade and may vary slightly, but not dramatically in appearance from stock photos.
-Buyer understands Ganey's Home Decor is only responsible for shipping item in a timely matter in accordance with the above stated time frame. Any delay in shipment once the package has left our care is beyond our control.
- Although sometimes included in our listings as an example of our work, Ganey's Home Decor will NOT personalize any item with decals which are trademarked, or use any trademarked material which states for "personal use only", although not all recognizable designs fall into this category.

- Ganey's Home Decor is a smoke-free, pet friendly home. Although we keep all pets away from materials, they do live in our household and this should be taken into consideration if allergies are severe.

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected packages. Every item is carefully packaged and shipped insured. Should a package fail to be delivered to buyer or arrive damaged, all claims must be filed through the selected carrier. No refunds will be personally issued as we have no control over packages once they have left our care.
